Having spent six of my teenage years rolling around on a small plank of wood with wheels, snowboarding was the logical progression once full-time work set in (and once I could afford to go).

Injuries to date: One broken wrist (2005) - this inspired the introduction of DAKINE wrist guards to my gear list which proved themselves on day one of Chamonix 2006
